    Your assistant never texts you first. You opt in to receive its replies by sending it your first text message. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

    Add your assistant to an existing group chat. It stays quiet and replies only when someone mentions its name, and anyone in the group can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving its messages.
