Clankers (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a service of Write Digital Marketing, operates the AI texting assistant available at writedigitalmarketing.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Account information. Your name, email address, and login credentials when you create an account. Payment details are collected and processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
Phone numbers. The verified phone number you use with your assistant, and the phone numbers of participants in conversations that include your assistant, so we can deliver replies to the right thread.
Message content.The text and media messages exchanged with your assistant. Message content is processed in order to generate the assistant’s replies.
Usage and log data. Basic technical records such as timestamps, delivery status, and error logs used to operate and secure the service.
Cookies. Essential cookies that keep you signed in to your account. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

How We Use Information

To provide and operate the service, including delivering the assistant’s replies.
To manage your account, subscription, and billing.
To respond to support requests you send us.
To monitor for abuse, keep the service secure, and comply with legal obligations.

Message content is processed by our AI service providers solely to generate replies to you. It is never sold, and it is never used for marketing or advertising.

SMS/Text Messaging

The assistant is a consumer-initiated, two-way conversational messaging service. You opt in by sending the first message to your assistant’s dedicated number, either directly or by addressing it by name in a group thread a subscriber added it to. Any inbound message constitutes opt-in. The assistant only sends messages in reply; it never initiates contact and never sends marketing or promotional messages.

SMS consent data is never shared with third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from your assistant. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers who help us run the service, such as hosting providers, messaging carriers and connectivity providers, AI service providers that generate replies, and our payment processor. These providers may use the information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention

We keep account information for as long as your account is active. Message content is retained so your assistant can keep context in ongoing conversations, and is deleted when you delete your assistant or close your account, except where we must keep records to meet legal obligations. Log data is kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

Your Rights

You can access and update your account information at any time from your account settings. You may also request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing alexcortright@writedigitalmarketing.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The service is intended for users who are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and post the new version on this page.
